Équipement obligatoire/Mandatory Equipment
• Casque blanc ou de couleur assortie au plastron/Helmet, white or same colour as body pad
• Plastron/Body pad
• Protège avant-bras/Arm guards
• Protège jambes et pieds (couvrant jusqu’au bout des orteils)/Shin instep (must cover tip of toes)
• Coquille (hommes et femmes)/Groin protection (men and women)
• Protège buccal obligatoire à partir de U13 ainsi que chez Poom et Dan
• Mouth guard mandatory for competitors U13 and up as well as for Poom and Dan

Les entraîneurs doivent être accrédités par la Fédération de Taekwondo du Québec. Le port du jeans est interdit.
Coaches must be accredited by the Quebec Taekwondo Federation. Coaches may not wear jeans.
*Il y aura des frais additionnels de 15 $ pour les non-membres de la Fédération Québécoise de Taekwondo.
There will be an additional $15 fee for non-members of the Quebec Taekwondo Federation.
*Il y aura des frais additionnels de 10 $ pour les inscriptions soumises après le 13 février 2009.
